By using our website (happypanefl.com), requesting a free quote, or booking a window cleaning service with HappyPane Solutions, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our website or services.

HappyPane Solutions provides residential window cleaning services, including hard water stain removal and protective glass coating, across our South Florida service area — from West Palm Beach down to North Miami, covering Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and surrounding communities.

All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary upon in-person assessment. Scheduling is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline service in areas outside our coverage zone or for jobs beyond our scope.

Customers agree to pay for services rendered at the price agreed upon in the quote or estimate provided before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged in advance.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment platform. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. HappyPane Solutions does not store your full payment card details on our own systems.

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from HappyPane Solutions, you consent to receive SMS communications including appointment reminders, quotes, service updates, and occasional follow-up messages.

Message frequency varies depending on your service needs and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any charges from your carrier.

To unsubscribe at any time, simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You'll receive a confirmation text and we won't send further messages. Reply HELP if you need assistance or have questions about our text messaging program.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages depends on the reliability of your mobile carrier and network. HappyPane Solutions is not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, or other issues caused by your wireless carrier or service provider.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, request a quote, book an appointment, or opt in to receive text messages from HappyPane Solutions. By using our website or services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally at least 24 hours before your scheduled service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
